Michael Cooper MIEAust M.AIRAH is a Team Lead inside the Shell Energy B2B Retail Energy Solutions business, based in Sydney. Michael built his foundations in HVAC system design with GWA Consultants and now works leading a multi-disciplinary systems & integrations team with a core focus on end-to-end dispatch of Flexible Demand solutions. He oversees delivery of OT solution development, integration with IT systems and DER optimisation for energy market participation.
