Hilbert is the Principal Project Manager and Lead MEP Engineer at Neuron Operations Limited, as well as a pioneer in applying AI to the smart building industry. Having completed professional AI training at MIT, Hilbert bridges deep domain expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems with modern software architecture and cloud computing. 

At Neuron, Hilbert leads the transformation of traditional Building Management Systems (BMS) through practical AI applications — including AI Energy Optimization and Control, LLM & Human-in-the-Loop driven Fault Detection and Diagnosis (FDD), and autonomous AI Agents. His work focuses on turning complex operational data into actionable energy savings and human-centric workflows for facility management teams across Asia-Pacific.
