Built environment sector is having access to smart technology like never before and have access to data. Yet many still struggle to develop a business case for operating the buildings smartly. Intelligent building is not about getting the technology installed and access to data, it is about mapping the entire journey and adopting learnings. We bring together a panel of industry and academic experts to share real world lessons and discuss opportunities.
The panel will discuss the key questions :
- What are the foundational capabilities an intelligent building needs?
- How do we bridge the gap between construction, commissioning, operations and maintenance?
- How latest developments in AI are delivering measurable value and can deliver value?
- What are the emerging opportunities where building data can be turned into action such as grid integration.
